Regular+ / Racer / Director Guidelines

You are now a part of the esteemed group of people on Homecoming, who are allowed to host races! Whee! However, it's not all fun and games, because with hosting comes great responsibility.

1) Don't host stupid shit
The occasional meme race is fine, but we'd prefer to maintain some semblance of "seriousness" when it comes to the races being hosted. In other words, don't host excessively long races (aim for 10-15 minutes), don't host back-to-back randoms/memes/silliness (variety is key), etc. Use common sense.

2) Report bins in #sin-binned
All bins and kicks will be noted in #sin-binned. Reply to Charliebot's message about the bin (even if it's the one before a kick), clearly stating what the bin was for.

3) Educate people
Often the issues causing people to get binned are born out of ignorance. Do your best to try and explain to people why they got binned if it's looking like they're not figuring it out.

4) Don't argue about hosting
If you're hosting, don't hog the host. If someone else is hosting, ask if you can host one if you have a combo in mind, for example. Don't just yoink the host without asking first.

5) Be civil
As Reg+s and Racers, you set an example to the rest of the people on the server. If you act poorly, it signals to the newer people that this kind of behaviour is fine. Don't argue, don't be snarky/toxic, etc.

6) Note that while you can call for bins, the race host and Directors do not have to act on said request
