Contributing Vehicle Liveries
Creating a vehicle livery
- Download the vehicle template (png) and livery preview model (obj) from http://www.tinyurl.com/phobjs
- Create a 4096x4096 (or, if the template is twice as wide as it is tall, 4096x8192) image
Useful programs
- Photoshop
- GIMP (Free photoshop alternative)
- Inkscape (Free vector graphics program)
- Blender (Free 3D modeling program that can be used to preview liveries)
- OpenIV (free GTA 4/5 file viewer that can be used to preview liveries)
Submitting a vehicle livery
Upload the livery as a PNG at 4096x4096 pixels (4096x8192 for 1:2 aspect ratio templates) to #livery-submissions on the Project:Homecoming Discord server, with a message of the format
<car name>
<livery name>
<is this an update to a livery that is already on the server Yes/No>
using Shift+Enter to make new lines in the message
for example
