====== How can I reduce ingame stutter? ======

FiveM, being a Third Party Game Modification requires more to run compared to Vanilla GTA5. Micro Stuttering is made more apparent with the fast paced racing and the game engine struggling to stream in all of the world elements and track props. 

For specific advice, please refer all questions to the #PCMR channel in the [[https://discord.phomecoming.com|Discord]] and include what CPU, GPU, RAM and whether FiveM and GTA5 are on a SSD.

**FiveM PC minimum specifications:**
  * CPU:
          * Intel i5-760, 2500, 3570, 4570, 6400, 7400, 8100
          * AMD Ryzen 1200, 2200G.
          * AMD FX 8150, 8350.
  * GPU: Nvidia GTX 750TI, 950TI, 660, 670, 680, 690, 760, 960, 770, 780, 970, 980, 1060 6GB or AMD 67xx, 68xx, 77xx, 78xx, 79xx, RX 470, 570, 480, 580. 
  * Memory: 8GB RAM
  * Storage: 90GB in SSD
  * Operating system: Windows 7, 8.1, or 10 64-bit

**FiveM PC recommended specifications:**
  * CPU:
          * Intel i5-8400, 9400, 8600, 9600
          * i7-860, 920, 2600, 3770, 4770, 6700, 7700, 8700, 9700
          * i9-9900
          * AMD Ryzen 1600, 1700, 2600, 2700, 3600, 3700, 3900
  * GPU: Nvidia GTX 980 TI, 1070, 1660TI or AMD Vega 56, 64 (and above)
  * Memory: 16GB RAM
  * Storage: 90GB in SSD
  * Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit

====== CPU ======
Those with Intel Core i5 series processors equipped with 4 cores and 4 threads will manage enough but will experience stuttering when the CPU load gets too high.

It's recommended to have a Core i5 with 6 cores, any core i7 with 4 cores and 8 threads or AMD Ryzen with 6 cores and 12 threads and above. 

====== GPU ======
Anything below a 1050 TI or RX470 will run FiveM at 60FPS with significant compromises. The minimum is to have at least a GTX 1060 6gb or RX480. 

====== RAM ======
16GB is mandatory to minimize stuttering.

====== SSD ======
Having an SSD is mandatory as the game engine continuously streams and re-streams the world and track props from your storage device instead of pre-caching it all in RAM. Rockstar Logic.
